1. Batting
1.1 There are three (3) strikes for an out.
1.2 There are four (4) balls for a walk.
1.3 If the ball hits the batter, the batter may take the base.
1.4 You must hold the bat by the handle.
1.5 There are intentional walks. If the pitcher chooses to intentionally walk the batter, the batter will take his/her base and the walk will be marked down as a statistic.
1.6 The batter cannot lean in on the plate intentionally to get hit by the pitch and prevent a strike.
1.7 The batter can get hit by the ball either in the air or off the bounce to be ruled as a "hit-by-pitch."
1.8 If the ball goes over the fence on a bounce, goes under the fence, or goes through one of the openings of the fence, it is ruled as a ground-rule double.
1.9 A home run is ruled if the ball is hit over the fence and between the foul poles without a bounce.


2. Baserunning
2.1 There is no stealing.
2.2 There is no leading off.
2.3 Once the ball makes contact with the bat, the base runners are allowed to leave.
2.4 You are allowed to tag up. If a defender believes the base runner tagged up too early, the defender can touch the base they tagged up from and get the base runner out.
2.5 You can get out by a peg out.
2.6 You are allowed to slide.
2.7 If you hit a walk-off, you are required to run the bases.
2.8 If you get hit by a ball that was hit by the batter, either in the air or on the ground, then you are out.
2.9 There is ghost running, unless there are enough players to place on the base.

3. Pitching
3.1 Pitches of any speed are allowed.
3.2 There are three (3) strikes for an out.
3.3 There are four (4) balls for a walk.
3.4 If the ball hits the runner, the runner may take the base.
3.5 If a pitcher hits an excessive amount of batters in a game, they have to be taken out of the game.
3.6 If a pitcher comes out, the pitcher may not come into the game as a pitcher again.
3.7 A pitcher may not pitch more than two complete games in a three-game series and in more than three complete games in a five-game series. If the other team finds their opponent guilty of
3.7 having a pitcher in more than the allotted games, the player will receive a one-series ban on pitching. The player will be able to continue to bat and field, as the team so chooses.

4. Fielding
4.1 There will be a maximum of three players on the field.
4.2 There will be a minimum of two players on the field. If a team does not meet this requirement, the team will be forced to forfeit the game unless the other team does not have at least three
4.2 players. If the other team does not have at least three players, then the series will be rescheduled.
4.3 There is the infield fly rule.
4.4 There are peg outs.
4.5 There is pitcher hand, but the pitcher may not bobble it.
4.20 No team may have a fan base at all. In fact, no team is allowed to have contact with people at all.

5. Transactions
5.1 A team may trade a player throughout the year and both commissioners must with the transaction. The commissioners may not disagree with the trade offer for their own good.
5.2 Trades may only involve players or picks in upcoming drafts.
5.3 Trades may not involve items, such as money or other valuables.
5.4 Teams may sign players to a one-day contract if not enough players on their roster show up. Teams may sign the players to the team after the series, if they so choose.
5.5 If a player doesn't show up enough to games, then the team has the ability to drop the player. This player will be in the free agency and other teams may sign this player, if they so choose.

6. General Rules
6.1 All games will be self-umpired by the players in the game. If there is a disagreement, a call will be made by a majority of the people in attendance.
6.2 In regulation, there are three innings. There is an unlimited amount of innings in extras.
6.3 The mercy rule for an inning is 6 runs. This rule only applies for the first two innings. In the third inning, and in any additional innings not in regulation, the teams may score as many runs as
6.3 possible.
6.4 There will be a maximum of three players on the field.
6.5 There will be a minimum of two players on the field.
6.6 All players on the team that are present must bat. The team can decide who will be playing in the field.
6.7 There is a maximum of six players on the active roster.
6.8 There is a minimum of three players on the active roster.
6.9 As of the 2019 season, the age limit is 16. The age limit will go up by a year every season.
6.10 A commissioner may not veto a decision for his/her or someone else's own good (just don't be a jerk when it comes to this).
